Alix and James’s Clock Barn wedding photography and photofilm.
I am lucky enough to be one of the recommended suppliers at Clock Barn in Hampshire. This means I get to photograph a fair few weddings there. It’s a venue I genuinely love to work in… oh and it’s only a 12 minute drive from my studio!
At the time of writing, it hasn’t been the driest of winters. This is when having a professional wedding photography is invaluable. A wedding photographer has many years of experience. He/ she will know what to do if the weather is not ideal. For Alix and James’s wedding, I invested in a cool piece of photography kit. This gave a few of the indoor shots that contemporary look which is so popular on many magazine covers.
Of course it was also such a fun day. James’s speech had everyone in stitches and everyone really enjoyed themselves. To me, that’s one of the key elements to capturing the fun and romance of a wedding day. In our pre wedding photography meetings, I always advise couples, in the nicest way, to ignore the wedding photographer and just enjoy themselves. That allows us to stay in the background and capture those special moments.
As one of the few photographers who also include a PhotoFilm in their wedding photography service, it is another for you to re-live the wonderful atmosphere of a wedding day.
