I chose the name “Real People Photography” because capturing natural wedding images is what we’re all about. Most people who come into our studio are not professional models and wonder how on earth a photographer is going to make them look great in their wedding photos when they don’t know how to stand! My answer is simple.
Just enjoy your day and you will look great! That’s it.
Eleni and Ian (who had their wedding at The Rivervale Barn) work at the sharp end of the medical profession and know a lot about working under pressure, but put a camera lens on them, and they weren’t sure what to do with themselves.
Putting THEM at ease is the first priority, which starts a long time before their Rivervale Barn wedding. We got to know each other through informal meetings and a little pre-wedding shoot, so they got a feel of what it would be like on their wedding day. By the time it got to their wedding day, they could relax and enjoy their occasion. And we were there to capture all those special moments.
