You may remember, back in the first week of these e-mails, I talked to you about a great table centre idea I came across.
Well, one of my brides decided to add her own twist to this idea. Not being an expert in the care of fish, Miriam decided to place rubber ducks among the flowers in the centre of the tables. This was a brave move as we had about 10 children at this wedding…. and they all wanted one! Luckily, they were well behaved enough not to take them until the food was eaten and the speeches had finished. And it was fun to see rubber ducks bobbing around a glass bowl while dinner was served. It looked great fun and, once again, proved a conversation starter among people who were getting to know each other on each table.
