Hello.
This page explains how you choose your print, which is included in the ticket price for the Westgate School Leavers Ball.
Dates.
- Images are now on-line. Click the link at the bottom of this page to view them.
- Thursday 11th August – All orders need to be received.
Any orders received after this date will have to pay the difference between the discounted price and the full price for the print.
- Friday 12th August – Orders will then be processed.
- 22nd August – Prints orders will be posted to those who chose for their order to be delivered.
- 25th August – The remaining orders will be available to be picked up from school on results day.
About your voucher.
Your voucher is worth £14.48 and entitles you to cost of one free 8″x10″ print and EITHER a free standing mount for it OR for it to be posted to you as long as you order before Thursday 11th August. After this date, the prices will go up and you will be required to pay the difference.
Ordering your image.
When the images are on-line you will be able to click here to go to the gallery.
Look through your gallery and choose which image you want as your free 8”x10” print (plus any others if you want more than one)
. When you choose your 8”x10” image, you can also choose to have a free standing mount for it. When you have finished, select “Shopping Cart” at the top right of your screen.
Review your order, then press “REDEEM COUPON”. A Smaller box will appear for you to enter your voucher code (Include the zeros).
Click “Submit”. This will discount £14.98 from your order. Voucher code entered correctly will then discount your order. You can now click on “Check-out”.

Checking out.
You will need to enter your details if you haven’t shopped with Real People Photography before. Remember to select the county as there a bug in the system that won’t remind you, but will then stop you ordering when you check out (We’re working on that one). You will eventually come to a page where you have to select your shipping option.
You can select:
“I would like to pick up my order”. The order will be available to pick up from school on results day
“Standard shipping”. Your order will be posted to you. (See dates above).
Press “Continue”. You will then be taken to another page where you then press “Place This Order”.
If any balance is outstanding, you will then be taken to the secure Pay Pal payment screen to enter your card details (You don’t have to sign up to Pay Pal in order to pay). We will not process any orders that have an outstanding balance.
