When you’re thinking about how much to give as a present for Mother’s Day, it’s worth bearing in mind that print prices start from £24.99 and canvas prices start from £89.99.

Photography sessions are fun and informal. We can also offer help and advice on what to wear. If children are also coming, we’ll give advice on what toys to bring along. We are a family friendly company …. regularly working with children and animals!

They say that you should never work with children or animals. Well, as a portrait photographer, if I banned them from my photography studio, it would be a quiet place!

We had 5 young girls here the other day. They were a lot of fun and had no problem with playing in front of the camera.

When people book a family portrait session at our photography studio, we always encourage them to bring some of their children’s stuff along with them. It needs to say something about who they are. It can be an outfit, favourite shoes or toys. It also helps to relax children, so we can get natural images of them having in the studio.

The Parkin family didn’t just bring along a toy, they brought basket overflowing with them!! And we certainly had fun photographing their daughter amongst them all.

As well as studio photography photography, we also shoot people in their home surroundings. When we turned up for this portrait photography shoot, we had a pleasant surprise! The funky retro interior provided a great backdrop! Also being in the comfort of their home surroundings made for a relaxed and informal shoot.
